All of our utility edge solutions use industry-standard, non-proprietary components allowing for easy commissioning and support from any O&M provider. Additionally, our edge solutions provide interoperability with 3rd-party cloud applications via OPC, DNP3, or Modbus.
Our utility solution includes a custom built-rack with a Power Plant Controller (PPC), SCADA HMI, custom-built weather stations with field sensors, and network enclosures. Our PPC has an extensive control library to meet complex interconnection and project requirements, and provides a flexible solution for future modifications. Our utility-grade, Ignition-based local and remote-in SCADA HMI provides ease of O&M and site visibility to enhance financial performance. Our utility-grade weather station includes a MET tower with pre-programmed sensors for plug-and-play installation, plus a pre-assembled NEMA 4-rated enclosures with a UPS and local data loggers. Additionally, as part of our custom-built weather station, we offer a variety of field sensors from leading 3rd-party vendors. While our NEMA 4-rated network enclosure is pre-configured, pre-assembled, and pre-tested for plug-and-play installation and faster commissioning.
In addition, we provide utility-grade cyber security protocols and networking configuration that meet NERC/CIP requirements with PA 220 Firewalls with IPSEC tunnel and VPN client.
